Employee Staff Training

Here is my Idea:

Why the Employee can only become better when they make the Training options why they not getting better when they work at games

example:
Employee One working on Engine in the Dev Phase so he had a chance to become better in the Tech Category and a low chance to get a point at speed

Employee 2 working on Stoy/Quest so he had a chance to become better in Design and a low chance to get a point @ research

and so on

Signing undet this. Im missing this really small, but crucial rpg element. It works in every job. The reality is even you learn more through process than some theory in training. Of course for game element it would be nice see this in game. Especially for speed and research as mentioned.
