How do i download mods?

Well saying that would have been nice ;). Just place them in your GDT mods folder

  1. Download file. Drag the folder that got a ‘package.json’ in it into your mods folder. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Game Dev Tycoon\mods)

  2. Check on the topic/website if that mod require UltimateLib. If so, search on google and find a download link and do the exact same thing as with the actual mod.

  3. Go into the game, press ESCAPE, click mods, enable the mod.

  4. Restart the game, and the mod should be enabled :slight_smile:

Steam, Im in the steam apps folder into common into game dev tycoon but theres no mod folder…

go into the pause menu, it will tell you at the bottom right

The version is irrelevant. He installed it via Steam, so he obviously got the latest version.
