I download the game (after I paid for it), and it downloads but when I click it, it says “folder(/______/______/______)” not found, then it removes itself. So I checked on the email but I didn’t get no email? So I decided to check on paypal and it says the payment is completed. So I wonder? Why I can’t download the game

If you don’t have the email, where did you originally get the download link from? It only comes in the email.
After I paid for it, it took me to a download link. For Windows, Mac and Linux

Yes, youll need to orders@fastspring.com try to provide as much information as possible, of course you won’t have an order number if you haven’t had an email but maybe the exact time you ordered it and the email address you used and any other details you can provide.
