Does the game have an end and when where is it?

Don’t know if that’s the right category and if there are other topics like that.

But I played through the main game (35 years) and played further.
After some time, i got to the point where i had the chance to produce mmo-games.
And with these games i earned unbelievable much money.

Here’s a picture, cause i’m really wondering:http://next-play.de/DJR/sonst/archiv/game_dev_tycoon.png

Maybe i’m just one of those noobs who doesnt know anything about this game.

But i have to say: Wonderful game. Best simulation i’ve ever played

ps: Sorry for my terrible english^^

Your game was sold 5 trillion times - I guess it is indeed a good idea to market games to not just humans.

Uhm…could you please explain this to me?

He’s making fun that you’re reaching the total of human on the planet and should begin to sell to other species of the galaxy

Don#t worry, i got this^^
Also some funny thing: I made the game only for my own console.
But the console was ‘just’ bought from 7 millionen people.
And the game…yeah…you see the number of sold copies^^

lol that is pretty funny :stuck_out_tongue:

In answer to your question, there is no end end to the game, your game does end at 35 years, if you continue you could technically go on forever (or until the game crashes lol).

Problem being the further past 35 years you get, the crazier the numbers get, way past the point of believable, like your intergalactic games company is managing ;p

Hm, so that means I could possibly earn thousands of millions of cash for nothing?
btw: I think it would be funny if the developers integrate an achievement in the game for hitting 1 trillion or higher cash ;D

yep!

That achievement would be funny.

Achievement Unlocked
Haven’t you had enough already? Earned 1 trillion cash and still playing!

Something other:
The counter for convention-visitors has place for i think 7 numbers (10 million).
What if you get over this? Or isn’t this possible?

If my programming knowledge serves me correctly, it will probably loop back around to zero, or merely be offscreen and show an incorrect number.
