So I beat the first 30 years today, insanely good games, and it was so much fun, I plan to do it multiple times, but it says after I beat the 30 years there are no new elements, but there was no option for custom console or AAA game, etc. Where can I find this?
The R&D lab and some other lab that i forgot the name of.
You need one person at 700 design or more, and you need to make him/her a design specialist.
This will unlock the R&D lab.
After researching hardware in the lab (very expensive, mind you) you’ll unlock the other lab.

It took me a half dozen MMO tries. Also, it took lots and lots of training, specialization, turbo, console, and game engine upgrades. But I finally made a 10 game for my 4th gen console.
The funny thing was, I was told I unlocked AAA R&D before my game had gotten reviewed. My Design and Technology points were both over 2000, and I developed a Military Action game with 3D v6 graphics. I wonder if getting to 2000 on both Design and Tech is what unlocks AAA? Either that or the game calculated the score and showed the reward before showing the review animation?
Dude, those are some insane scores, I’m on year 45 and I’ve never gone even above 1000 in design or technology and still haven’t got a 10 game, got a 9.75 like 10 times though. What do you think are the number one combinations for games?
I believe there are a couple of reasons. First, I trained all seven of my workers to have at minimum 400-500 points on the weaker skill, and 700-800 on the stronger skill. Also I had 3x boost enabled on all of my workers.
