Will there ever be any cheats released like money? I think it would be good to give you a extra edge on the verge of bankruptcy or just because your lazy.
I know there’s a wiki to help you out. I’d use that over anything else. It also has been stated that the devs did not make any cheats in a thread prior to this one.

I also thought I heard that the game itself is complete and it’d be less than likely to happen. You CAN edit your savefile, though…
That is only on windows 8 though and i am using windows 7 so it gets pretty bad when i go bankrupt and i need to start over or re load a save

Have you managed to change your save file?
I’ve not tried, so I am not sure if this is possible on Windows 7. If so, you may need like notepad++ or something.
