I remember having the demo but am not sure, can’t find the email but I’ve had plenty of problems finding specific emails through outlook before.
email I used was joshiadam@hotmail.com
You can contact orders@fastspring.com with as much personal information as possible, if its possible you bought via paypal also include the paypal email address.
They will then search through their records and check if you have purchased.
If you purchased for the Windows Store for Windows 8 OS then it will be in your user area of the Store.
