It would be so cool to have a site focused on the mods,I will totally love one! ^^ I would like to help,but I don’t know nothing about designing sites 
I don’t really like the top bar design. Maybe add a little more spice to it. I have an idea like this :

We (@Gold, @DzjengisKhan, @AnimeAi and some others) already have a site like this. We have over a 100 members and you can always leave suggestions for the site on the forum of our site. Visit us at www.gamedevmods.com! 
On our website we also have an own page for the mods. I would love to see how your site turns out, though!
