I have a successful running mmo at the moment and I want to constantly add expansion packs to it but I also want to make other games(which are not mmo’s) . I was thinking if I could break down my staff and make half of them work of a new game and the other on the expansion packs at the same time . Is it possible ? Or is there another solution to it no matter what it may be ?
But… so better the coder, so higher is he stressable.
You can test it with the CheatMod, you will see a “leet”-worker can do 150% without problems (10.0 game with 2 such stressed coders…).
That’s cheatmod, plus, I’d argue that’s proportional to the 100%. At late game I have like level 7-10 coders and if I stress them about 130% or 140% I never go higher than 6/6.5 in game ratings.
The Cheatmod did not negate the %-overflow of the coders.
If you do not get higher quotes… perhaps you try to use less features… with some nice mods you can see the %´s in th eslidebars…
That´s matter, I think, but I´m not sure.
If your coders have no time to complete the work, you cannot finish your game in high ranks. If he has time to get enough features (>90% in the slidebar with mod) added, then you can code them to red (140%) and more.
But I think, this is the point! 40% overflow means lesser quality. Did you use less features who need time to code, than tha balance is not bad… you can choose it.
My theorie, but I´m new here, play the game since release but never talk about them with anyone.
