Cake image in GDT?

I saw a strange cake image in the game that i never saw before and i thought it had to do something with the Portal 2 reference. Any ideas?
Path:D:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Game Dev Tycoon\images\misc
Look for cake.png.

I think it’s displayed if [spoiler]Dave Johnson likes how you put the red exploding barrels[/spoiler] in your game? I could be mistaken though.
