Bought the game.. not getting download link

hello.

I bought the game using the purchase link on the website.
I chose to wire the money from my bank. I payed it and
added the information that was required.

Now i keep getting this email:
Payment Instructions - Game Dev Tycoon Order [GRE130430-2093-13691]‏

why do I keep getting instructions when i already payed?
Please help

You should have got the download links after paying on the greenheartgames.com site. And you get them mailed to you too.

i only get links with payment intructions emailed to me… every time i pay…

I dont know if this is greenhearts website’s fault, or if I did something wrong

The payments are not handled by Greenheart, they are handled by fastspring.com.

oops… no I paid once… what i meant to say is every time i go to the link
(in my email) that says click here to pay now. I fill in my info and get the
same email again. even tho i already paid

The same happened for me. Bought the game while I was at work and was exited to download it when I came home from work, no mail with the download code. :frowning:

hmm… it’s weird because i saw the creator of this game telling somebody else
that you’d get the download link almost instantly

Maybe you tried to pay with bank transfer?

Just contact fastspring; they will handle it for you

I’d like to thank greenheartgames for taking the time to respond to me.

However I have pirated the game by now. However I do not feel bad about this
seeing as I did pay for my copy. And if I ever get it i’ll be happy to play my legit
version.

Great game!
had lots of fun with it already, and I wish greenheartgames best of luck with
their upcoming titles!

Hey Greenheart Games: Isn’t it possible to get the Download Link by sending you proof that I transferred the money to fastspring? Really looking forward to the game…

I’m also waiting for my link since a few days… Hope I’ll actually get it… Played through the demo like 4 or 5 times by now.
