Bought Game Dev Tycoon need to redownload

Hey guys I bought Game Dev Tycoon and didnt played it for a while now I want to but I want the update and I dont have the E-Mail with the download link anymore. I know I should contact orders@fastspring.com I did so now I dont know if they accept the text in it because I dont really know what I need to type in there ^-^.

I wrote this:
“Hello,
I need the download link for the new Update I bought Game Dev Tycoon with the E-Mail "baumwolle1337@hotmail.de”…If not it was this E-Mail "ball55@hotmail.de" I dont really know anymore :S

If Fastsprings requires additional information they will ask for it.

I always wonder why so many people loose/delete the email while it says in the email:

Maybe it should be a on top and i very large font lol :wink:
