Best Free Website Builder & Hoster?

I want to create a site for me and my games, but don’t have any money to pay for a good domain (that and I have none of the coding skillz). What is the best free website building and hosting site?

Normally, I would say learn HTML and/or PHP and just host it yourself but that’s not an option for you so Weebly could be one or Wix.

Wordpress is great,
I also would recommend Webs. I use that as a quick and free website builder.

Thanks @Dayron1234, @PatrickKlug, and @SnowyOwl for the replies! After looking into it a bit I’m probably going to go with Wordpress as it seems like one of the better and more refined options ;).
