The funny thing is on the last gen systems (360 and PS3) they had to remove water due to technical limitations. Yes watch dogs has no water on last gen

Yeah remove bugs. I think they did it to add “extra content” aswell

I’m quite anxious to get hands on the game. Although I will not pre-order it, nor I’ll buy it as soon as it comes out. You know, all bugs, issues, glitches and annoyances I’ll wait, see and then I’ll get it. But from the story, the setting and the trailers I saw, I just can’t wait to dive into that world!
