Adding Android as a system

I noticed that we have GrPhone and GrPad. And they clearly represent iDevices. But there are no Android devices in the systems.

I felt it somewhat unfair. Now that Android devices occupy 84 % of the total market share, I had to give this suggestion.

Add Nexus 5, Nexus 7, and nVidia SHIELD Poratable and Tablet to the list of systems.

Even though there are a ton of android devices, Nexus devices are true android devices. And SHIELD devices are basically made for gaming.

i know @Gamingthrou made a mod that added allot more mobile devices
