Hello ladies and gentlemen, good, I still have the UME (made by @alphabit and @SirEverard), but kind of, I do not know anything about coding, and I just know how to do mod trough of a program type, the UME, I hope that the SDP (It is done by does @Spartan322) not end up like the UMM (made by @SnowyOwl) or BMM (made by @Stian) that there have been no updates today, but back to the subject, I do not know anything about coding, as he said, the only way I make mods is the UME that is not very limited (like the UMM and the BMM)
Thanks for listening

Well, I guess I’ll respond to this (being mentioned and junk), your best bet is to learn scripting alongside an editor (unless you hate them like I do), and I’ll be honest, at the moment GDT is not the best place. Maybe when documentation becomes a higher priority for the community, we will be able to encourage starter modding here, but for now, the modding community is so averse to documenting APIs especially (ignoring the often outdating of APIs and mods because people disappear quite often here), that its unlikely to be even a good experience, if I can suggest anything, I’d suggest trying to do basic Garry’s Mod stuff in Lua, its well documented, doesn’t punish you too badly for what you write, and is still dynamic typed, and you can debug live. Another issue is that if a user posts a problem to you, there is a highly probability that a editor modder won’t understand the problem well.
TL;DR: I’m not saying don’t mod nor avoid modding GDT, I’m just saying it might not be the best place to start, I suggest Garry’s Mod, or if you prefer to start mostly visual scripting, you could try the Creation Kit for Skyrim modding, as they are always managed much better.
