I was getting alot of hits and good games with Large games. But I Researched AAA games and whenever I make a AAA game I get 7’s at best. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
No the point is being creative not fucking stealing and ripping of real games…
Are you sure thats a reply to this post? It doesnt make any sense.
Anywho to OP. A lot of people hvae problems getting even mediocre scores with AAA’s. Your doing fine
well to make good AAA games need good engine good team and only then can achieve 8+ rating
Hey, I got a crazy company and I always use AAA MMO games and recently I got a clean 10 on it.
It was a Alien action game and It made me 76,316,467m at the moment. I find AAA extreamly profitable and you should really try to make a good game with it and MMO for the insane profit if it goes well
…Since when did that have to do with AAA Games?
I train my team alot, And I have a great Engine.
I think the game just need a little bit more polish… I’m not saying the game is bad, far from it, the 2 brothers did an amazing job, however, just a bit more polish, and all of our ideas muhahaha…
That should be easy right? It’s only like 300-400 things they need to add to satisfy our hunger. -Just kidding.
Ratings are not the same as sales, most of my AAA games get 7-8 ratings and make about 50-60M profit, of course if your advanced enough to make AAA games you might as well make and MMO and reap the absolutely ridiculous profits off that.
To get a really well-rated AAA game you need at least 3D Graphics V5 and three specialist employees set on the right sliders. Before you have that, there’s not much point going AAA as you can turn a similar profit with a (better-reviewed) large game in a shorter amount of time. You should also make sure you have enough engine parts to actually use the additional development time.

Correct.
I love 3A MMO’s, brings in $$$.
I have 3D Graphics V7, 2 Specialists, and my Engine has alot of features in it.
Well apart from the above requirements, AAA games also need about 30% more total design + tech points. 2 Specialists will mean that even if you normally had a 10, you will only get a 9. They also need to be on the right sliders for your genre or things will be worse.
Also make sure you follow all the normal tips, like not setting any slider with a development focus < 0.8 to more than 40% and at least two sliders with a dev focus >= 0.9 to more than 40. You should also try to get the ideal design/tech balance. The wiki has some good resources on all of this if you care for a bit of a read: wiki
I can assure you that you can put out 9+ or even 10 flat rated AAA games.
