A really simple mod idea

So I have an idea that (I think) doesn’t take a long time to make.

The idea basics (the easy part)

  • Can’t move to an office
  • Fans are harder to get
  • Monthly costs are your daily uses with money (like burgers) but a lot less (less than 1,000)
  • Only develop small, medium
  • Only open consoles are available

How to spice this up (harder but not needed)

  • (I really want this) 3 garages as time goes (1st is the GHG garage, I can make the 2nd and the 3rd)
  • Training is available in the very beginning
  • Choose what to upgrade (computer, room, chair, efficiency, etc.)
  • Pipe Yellowlight (steam greenlight) and shotstarter (Kickstarter)

What should I call this idea?

Where should the button for activating this mod should be?
On the gear area when selecting outfit for your player

I see you want someone to make a mod for you :stuck_out_tongue: Luckily for you I’m in a good mood today…


I can make these:

  • Can’t move to an office
  • Only develop small, medium
  • Training is available in the very beginning


I can probably make these, but you will have to explain in more detail what you mean:

  • Fans are harder to get - do you just get less overall fans or is this related to specific situations?
  • Monthly costs are your daily uses with money (like burgers) but a lot less (less than 1,000) - monthly costs, by default, with no office, no solar power, and no employees is 8000. So I guess we can divide that by 10?
  • Only open consoles are available - only PC and G64 don’t require a license, if that’s what you mean?
  • (I really want this) 3 garages as time goes (1st is the GHG garage, I can make the 2nd and the 3rd) - I assume you won’t be able to hire anyone?


I’d need some time to make these so I will most likely not:

I’m gonna give out some suggestions and see if he wants them:

I think you get less fans per sales is what he means.

I honestly have no idea what he talks about with the monthly costs…

With open consoles, it would be neat if there was a random event that allowed you to port or create a game for a licensed console.

Please, please create more garages (and maybe other offices?) for this mod and as a separate mod! :stuck_out_tongue:

My own idea:
Feature to bundle your game(s) with an indie pack. Less sales, less profit, shorter period of time.

Fans are harder to get - you really need to make an awsome to get some fans
I just want to make the monthly costs less
Open platforms - iphone, ouya etc.
Garages - I can make them, but I’m having exams :cry:
