So this question is for any of the developers. With 1.4 coming with with Multi-platform, longer titles, and such, why weren’t these ideas made to begin with? Was it lack of funding? Bugs? All these improvements I love to see from you guys and you guys do such a fabulous job, but how come these weren’t first implemented into the game from the start?
I am not a developer of this game, but I would guess because they had a certain list of features in mind, and worked off that list…
Perhaps they got the ideas to make these helpful changes from community feedback, or just something that came to them in a dream… who knows
Think of this… Why didn’t Microsoft make Windows 8 from the beginning… ? perhaps that was a bit of an exaggeration… but you get the idea, I hope
Michael
An OS and a video game on this scale is completely different. If you’re saying for example, why didn’t they include features for Windows 8 into windows 95 from the start, hardware is completely different as well as the knowledge to do so. Lol, so yes that’s a bit of an exaggeration.
Because GDT is not a base game. It is getting constant updates. It is a sandbox game, not exactly it, but you get my point.
They may have needed more money to add the features, or they just didn’t think of them. Or they are trying to add to the lifespan of the game by updating it with new features. Many possibilities.
