A new category type in the forums?

How about a new category called the “Off-Topic” category, which you can put the really silly and dumb, or maybe just plain off topic threads there, for an example-

THE AMAZING ADVENTURE OF ROLFMAN

*and whoever reports and of threads for being off topic in this category, your just messed up.

We tolerate some amount of off-topic chit-chat in the general category but we want to keep the forum relatively focused on gaming-related topics.
