well, only CoR is paid access, but usually there are nicer (and more skilled e.e) people on there.

Donât know if you play something like this. My fav is a new free MOBA game to do with pirates and dynamic ship battles on the sea where you fight with other players called Wind of Luck. But what you mentioned sounds somewhat different
