Well, I dont go through any norwegian gateways. Its purely done with VISA, so if I paid with bank transfer it would probably have 25 percent VAT. Technically, Norway is not involved in my purchase at all. The card is international so there isn’t a fee on it.

@Haxor @Stian Actually, he’s right. I completely forgot. Some countries in the middle east (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc) don’t collect taxes, though that’s because pretty much all the oil and gas they sell is owned by the state if I recall correctly

Not every Arab country is tax-free. Palestine, Iran, Yemen, Jordan and Lebanon are just a few examples of Arab countries that do collect taxes.
