"The package is of bad quality", says Ubuntu

I wanted to install Game Dev Tycoon demo on Ubuntu, but I got a warning:

The package is of bad quality. The installation of a package which violates the quality standards isn’t allowed. This could cause serious problems on your computer. Please contact the person or organisation who provided this package file and include the details beneath.
Lintian check results for /home/luc/Downloads/gamedevtycoon-demo-1.3.9-1.i386.deb:
E: gamedevtycoon-demo: control-file-has-bad-owner postinst roger/roger != root/root
E: gamedevtycoon-demo: control-file-has-bad-owner prerm roger/roger != root/root

There’s still an option to “Ignore and install”, but I don’t want it to cause serious problems on my computer.

I just wanted you to know…

Well, I installed the demo anyway. Nothing bad happened to my computer :smile:
The demo is cool, but too simple. It looks like it gets way more complex later in the game. I like it. Gonna buy it.

Well that’s strange, nobody reported that problem before, as far as I know…

Thank you for letting me know. Did you try re-downloading the package incase it was a corrupt download?
