custom topics worked before entering 1.5 and up

ok, the only code that i can think of that would break the topics is Custom Marketing and the mission overrides I added to the topics.

hmmm, what patch number made the topics stop working. Was it 1.4.0, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, or 1.5.0
