I got 100-150 euros for my bros birthday(he is too young so I get the money) and I am picking a gaming computer. Is this a good choice(link is in Serbian):

What kind of gaming.

I mean every game will work smoothly on low settings, not on high tho.
And, is OS really more expensive than this PC?

And IMO, I think that (unless your brother is over 10), Club Penguin, Poptropica ahem CoD: BL3 or Tropico 5 would be a good choice.

But medium could be sometimes less than 30, but just for a while.
