it wouldn’t really work as they could just look into the code and that basically means that the advanced modders (alphabit) and the developers of GHG will have more work on their hands. I think the simple solution is to have it basically checked, GHG could leave it down to the community maybe assign a few mod developers from the community to be in charge to confirm if the mod is fake or not. (Trusted Mod developers will have to be chosen)

I can tell these people are idiots
They CAN make a mod! They only don’t want to research!
If they’ve researched and used UME and made a good overhaul mod, they WILL get there mod onto the most popular!
It’s a struggle to get in the most popular in other workshops like Gmod, I tried once and got really lucky and got the 9th most popular which is okay in the gdt workshop.
The more late they make there mod, the harder they’ll get to the most popular since people will get to modding more and more
