You can really do this?
Yes. I just need to make residential and community lots. It’s not hard. 
Just go all the way to the right when selecting a city, and it’ll give you the option of creating a new neighborhood.

Sorry, I have loved Sims 2, and playing it a lot, but when I was really young… and the game was English…
@Haxor yes. Although you will need ultimate edition in order to play, because it will feature things from almost every expansion pack and sadly I can’t pick out which stuff packs were used in certain houses or not.
I do have the free UE.
What kind of suggestions do you want?
I always was pretty bad at decorating my houses…

I am playing the Apartment Life, and I have complaits about loud thigns coming from my flat, but everything is turned off.

It’s very frustrating. I get them every night. I Ignore 1, but after 10 mins another neighbour comes.
@Haxor that’s gotta suck. Try calling the fire department. I don’t know why.
