thats not really a excuse, if there was a lot of keys why not start sent few weeks ago maybe one month, this is just bad management

I lost my FastSpring email but I sent you an email to support from my hotmail account, so unfortunately it wonāt be bundled in with the others. I canāt get a new FastSpring email because its on my dads account because he bought the game
