New company started by two friends with a desire to run the risk no other developers will. They no it will be tough to make every one except slight inapproprateness in games, but they’re willing to do it.
Xeniphus grows from the ashes realesing a new game Universe Between Time which has partile nudity, and pixelated guts is a space action, that slightly focuses on the adventure aspect. It is exclusive to the PC as it runs a lower risk of being hated for the content it features.

Jordan Richardson, a game developer with a small market in Canada, has recently expanded his market to the United States, releasing a Martial Arts/Action Arcade game called Kung-Fu Master. Jordan’s small Company is called ActionSoft and rumor has it he is looking to begin development of his Second international arcade game soon!

It seems the Somewhat small market of ActionSoft has increased greatly due to his new american expansion. Jordan Richardson, founder of ActionSoft has abandoned most of his small canadian market and has moved into an office in america to hire staff and develop his next game, which he has declined to give details on. Jordan is also looking to find a company to port his Kung-Fu Master Game onto a home console.

Xeniphus has agreed to some agreement with Pixel Studios, CEO/CO founder Cameron Mithens has been qouted in saying “I can say we are helping on a game,no more than that.”

ActionSoft has Abandoned development of the rumored arcade game, but is instead developing a possible console of their own. Jordan Richardson states that even though the console is a low budget console, it will still contain the company’s 4 entertaining arcade games, ported to a compact and convenient home console! 
The console’s name has not been released, but an anonymous worker at ActionSoft says it will be Inexpensive and Innnovative

Jordan Richardson has Admitted that this console is being made to compete with Atary’s Planned Home Pong Console. he clams this console is of a higher tech, sporting state of the art 8 bit graphics with a total of 6 different colors. So far over 2 million dollars have been invested into the console.

Less than a week after the console was announced, ActionSoft ended the development of their console. in a press release, Jordan Richardson announced that "The Financial load was too much for us, since sales of our arcade games have dropped ever since we abandoned our canadian market. ActionSoft will end all development of software and their console until an unditermined time.
ActionSoft has dropped out of the market for an unkown time. they may or may not return to the market
