@Haxor not anymore…
Then you maybe got a competitor
that’s what I’m aiming for the menu too look like
EDIT [30/08/14] - unity is too overkill, using construct 2 instead
<3 construct 2… untill i find out i need to buy it to export it as a node-webkit app…
Release of a program with the menu coming soon
i need to make a £160 investment… a construct 2 license and a license to put games on steam greenlight
Here’s some common knowledge: making a game costs money. A professional game at least.
@LineLiar yea… i sort of knew that… just didn’t expect i needed to pay £80 to be able to export to node-webkit
Heres a tip…
Dont sell the game. WIthout saying never, I seriously doubt you’ will ever going to get to the point where the game is a finished, playable and worthy product. Not meant in an offensive way.
Then why the hell will you put it out on Steam? You know that putting a game out on Steam requires you to be 16+, manage tax and pay the entry price of 90 dollars?
@Stian because it COULD give it exposure… obviously i wouldn’t put on steam at this point, or when it will be at a playable stage, and i really don’t know why you are so bothered what i do
edit: also saw you slagged me off in another topic
He is like everyone else:
Starts a project, starts a new one. And then, yeah.
I am so bothered by it because you would waste so much money on nothing. Steam is good for big games and indie games, but free Construct 2 games? Not really.
