Why do you post it here?
You will have to contact Fastspring (send email) with as much information as possible. That means, full name, address, phone number etc. However, do not send your credit card information over email. Send this through the email you used in the purchase, or say what email you used. If you have any further questions, you should try contacting the official people like @Charlie or @PatrickKlug.
