:OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Yay!
So, the UME will be released today for tests?

And, can You DONT install .NET Framework? I have 6 of themā€¦

I am eagerly waiting for it to open

I really want to go on this and make awesome stuff

Please guys, stay on topic

I would like to know who would like to testā€¦ so, @Resinex112 youā€™re one of them, right?

Yes, I would love to test it out

I updated the first post. So youā€™re telling me that you have a Windows 8 system 32bit? How much memory do you have (RAM)?

1 Terabyte

Not harddisk space  The main memory on the PC (also called RAM). 2 GB, 4 GB, 8GB?

Ohhh, I donā€™t know then, hold on

I have 6GB RAM :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Ok. Then it must be a 64bit (though already so!). Iā€™ll update the first post accordingly.

So please letā€™s keep this thread for the rest clean any on-topic. I would like to have a clean overview over the tests  Everything else can be handled through PM.

I would like to test it as well, maybe I can see how ā€˜in-depthā€™ I can go with it
My specs are:

  • OS: Windows 7 (64bit)
  • RAM: 6GB
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-3610QM 2.3GH (quad-core)
  • HDD: 1.5T (including external harddisk ;))

(these are the most important things ^^)

i7 2.3 GHz? I have i3 2.3GHz too!
(But only 512 GB of space D: )

Which operating system and memory (RAM)?

Windows 7 (64 bit)
And 6GB RAM

Nahā€¦ Its Intel Core i3, but 2,5 GHz.

So, do you want to test or what?

Here some additional hints for the upcoming test:

On the screenshot you can see how to add / remove engine researches and topics accordingly.
You move the mouse on the ā€œResearchesā€ node or to the child node ā€œEngine Itemsā€ and right click with the mouse.

A menu will appear allowing you to select ā€œAdd engine researchā€ which then brings up the engine research editor window.

To edit an item, simply doubleclick on the item (letā€™s seeā€¦ maybe I also put an edit menu item)

The same handling is used for the topics.

At the moment these are the only 2 features that will be enabled to test.

Hmmmā€¦
No problem.
But, I need to make an mod with those features and test, does it works, and see are there some bugs in program?

Exactly

More instructions will follow. I need to finish some small things and then itā€™s ready to test

So Iā€™ll register you as tester and update the first post accordingly. You will then receive further instructions through PM.

Im so excited as when I was beta-testing SimCity :>
