Can I save game data in the cloud that I played on a Xbox 360, then use that data on an XBOX One?

SO I have FarCry4 at my house on 360 and I also have FarCry4 on Xbox One at my GF house.
It’s crazy having two separate games going at different paces.
I am signed into xbox live under the same account. I should be able to download
my game progress and pick up where I left off on either system.

But I would doubt that… these 2 versions are probably different.

these games have the same engine, same controls etc. But i dont think you can progress with your Xbox Live acc on 2 different platforms

No I don’t think so, if you save a mac application onto a cloud, you can’t access it on a windows, right?
Basically the same with X360 and XOne.
