I thought that i saw it somewhere that you can move your save-file from the demo into the full game and then play from there where you stopped. But I can’t find a savegame folder or an option for that.

you can find savegames here:
Windows 7: C:\Users{user name}\AppData\Local\Game Dev Tycoon\
Windows 8 app: C:\Users{user name}\AppData\Local\Packages\B3B9BB81.56264F78B4FFF_swksbykwsp6kr\RoamingState\
simply copy all the file (there should be a file named “auto” which represents the autosave slot and another files named 1, 2, 3, corresponding to the save slot)
How i could manage this on MacOSX? Where are the Savegames?
On Windows:
C:/Users/YOURUSER/Appdata/Local/Game Dev Tycoon/Local Storage/
where YOURUSER is your Windows user name.
On Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/{app}/Local Storage
