Hello! I am Ashton Snapp from Game Dev Roleplay, and I have decided to create a new role-play because 1) My company on the old role-play probably got bought and 2) I wanted to make my own.
If you would like to create a game company, please format your first post’s first lines like so:

Founded by FOUNDER NAME
MM/DD/YYYY
PLEASE REPLACE EVERYTHING AS NEEDED 
Also, please include the MM/DD/YYYY in every post as a timestamp of when the post happened in game time.
As for the rules:
This is an alternate universe of gaming, none of the real life gaming companies exist, so don’t worry about getting bought out by EA, worry about getting bought out by other player’s companies. As well, do your best at trying to make something original, as originality means unexpected gameplay features.
What you can post:
For your first post, please make something like what’s after the horizontal rule.
For your other posts, try and tell us what it’s coming from. For example, is the information in the post coming from a television news broadcast, or a website? Also, post game reviews if the only thing the post is about is a new video game.

Today, at the beginning of a new era in entertainment, TPS came and released a video game called Hoopla, an RPG where you fight large aliens using guns, guns, and even more guns. It recieved a content rating of T from the Entertainment Software Ratings Board, and a critic from NBC rated it 8/10, stating that “It would get a 10/10 if our technology was more advanced.” The game company is currently setup in an office building in the middle of Shreveport, Louisiana.
