I have also faced the same issue previously. My Toshiba laptop doesn’t work properly when I start a game, it was crashing always. I have visited Toshiba Support, I got the proper guidance here. If you face the same problem you may visit ones.

This problem is really common with the gaming laptop, on my Firefox browser the software not download for that Firefox support number advice me to change the preferences, which makes my issues all clear.
