Any Engine Hack?

Hello , I can´t upgrade my 3D Graphics V1 to V2 I don´t know why !
Anyone has a way how to get that engine via the save file ?

If you use the 3D Graphics V1 in a custom engine, then use that engine to make several games, you’ll eventually level it up to Level 3… at which point the research target for 3D Graphics V2 should become available.
